Item arrived quickly and was pleasantly surprised with the product quality and look. Exactly what I needed!!!

The picture is not what this is. It's one of the sides. If you want the entire thing, you buy it in pieces. I'm returning this and will buy an entire set elsewhere. When the picture is deceptive, it really puts me off buying from this site again. Please note that none of the pictures say or suggest that this is a tower only, except right here above. I have another product shown that is the full four piece - who knows if it is true. This was a birthday gift and I am truly disappointed that this is advertised so poorly.

The piece itself is great and surprisingly sturdy for its materials. However, it wasn't exactly a smooth process. The first time around, the item was apparently damaged while shipping. It was rerouted back to Wayfair before arriving at my house, and Wayfair's customer support was friendly in assisting me with a replacement. However, the replacement item also arrived with a damaged part. This time, Wayfair's customer support helped me arrange an order for the replacement part that broke, free of charge. Excellent customer service once again. Thankfully, the replacement part arrived safely and was packaged very well. It was a total span of 3 weeks, but the wait was worth it because this piece turned out great and fits so well in my room and for my purposes.
