Follow up of previous review. One side of the Arthella coffee table did not tighten up. I thought bolts were stripped. It ended up being the side panel connectors that were stripped. After receiving the wrong size replacement bolts, I was then sent the entire hardware packet. It was then I discovered it was the side panel connectors that were stripped. The side planel was replaced and it tightened securely. So, now I am a happy camper. I'm just disappointed that it took so long to get this resolved. The length of time was mostly waiting for the packages to arrive. However, my first email took about 4 days to get answered. After that, my emails were answered within 24 hours. But I'm happy they stuck with me and did get it resolved.
