We had a horrible experience with this table. It came damaged and the wrong color and customer service was unwilling to provide an acceptable resolution.

This rating is based on the table. If it were based on the experience, it would be a 1 star review, considering I was sent a damaged product which was advertised as “open box”, not “damaged product”. Then, I had to go out of my way to get support. But, I digress. The table gets 3 stars because, first and foremost because it is not advertised accurately. This is not a black table by any stretch of the imagination. It is espresso — not black. Secondly, the wood grain is nothing like the beautiful slab I have for my computer desk. This looks like garbage compared to that. I’m not even sure it’s real wood. I can keep going but I’ll be brief. I would never, ever pay the asking retail price for this table.

I bought it for my daughter, and she loves it.

This table isn’t black it’s a darker oak color ..unfortunately it’s also super narrow for a dining table, I should have looked into description more …needed it for thanksgiving last minute
