The utilitarian character is exactly what we like. But we also got the chair as well which had better detail in the metal accents. Wish they would have put those accents on the counter stool as well :( packaging was not great but amazingly no damage! Carrier must have been exceptional!

Solid barstools with pretty details. Two arrived broken due to shipping but Wayfair customer service was incredible.... two more arrived and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

They are made from SOLID hardwood - don't know what type of wood they are made from but they certainly are not made from weak pines. The box says that they are made in India and they definitely have a flair to it. I am decorating in Spanish theme and these should go with it very nicely. I love the metal detail on the back. These should last many years to come. The price dropped quite a bit while the shipment was coming and Wayfair adjusted the price without any issues -- Thanks!
