I would never recommend this set to anyone. It is made of cheap material, super easy to break. It took us a while to assemble, my son came to visit and finally assembled it for us, I was so excited. But to my disappointment, once we had installed it, the pieces of wood began to break. I personally put one foot on the bottom bar and it immediately broke in two pieces. Very cheaply made. I don't recommend it.

These counter stools are GREAT for the price but patience is a must because they were so time consuming to put together. Worth it in my opinion. I've had them for over 5 years and they are still great !

Beautiful chairs. I specifically was looking for a nice dark wood chair that would tie our new grey floor to our old brown marble table b/c we love our table and didn't want to get rid of it. These were perfect! I would caution to have a friend available to help you put them together. Because they are commercially rated and can handle a lot of weight - I found that the places you would need to screw things together were difficult and kind of a pain to get to. But it made me realize these chairs are going to be durable. My husband and I worked together - me holding and him putting in screws and getting them tightened and it made things a lot easier. We ended up buying 3 sets and it took us a couple hours to get them all put together.

Nice set of stools works great with new countertops

These are beautiful and sturdy chairs. Fyi- I found them to be very difficult to put together on my own and ended up needing help from someone with a power drill.
