The chair itself is actually quite nice. However, the shipping and delivery leave much to be desired. We purchased as an “open box”. When the box finally arrived after a delay, it was essentially open. I don’t know how all the pieces and instructions remained in the box. Is it a joke that you do not seal the box prior to shipping? Terrible that your people AND the FedEx people both just shoved it through the system without sealing the box. Or is it that you do not consider sealing the box because it is not returnable?
