DON’T BUY THIS CHAIR! Very lumpy back, seat and leg rests too. Very uncomfortable. The lumbar is too high and hits the upper part of your back. My husband is 5” 9’ and his feet hang off when reclined. The “message” feature is just light vibration and the heat is very low. I really hate everything about this chair. We are older and unable to pack it back up to mail it back. Also we would have to pay for shipping.

We spent a few weeks looking and comparing lift chairs before deciding on this chair. My husband was impressed that it has 4 motors and the ability to position not only the back and foot rest separately but also the ability to adjust the headrest and lumbar. The chair assembled easily in about a half hour and seems sturdy. The fabric is beautiful and soft. We did cover the chair with a chair pad to protect it from pet hair and stains. The chair seems to run smoothly with no loud noises. The massage is nice in the legs and seat. My husband thought there was a massage feature in the back of the chair, but there is nothing on the remote for the back. The heat is difficult to feel, but we do have the covers on the chair. Cant comment on it durability as time will tell. Will update at a later date. Overall, my husband is happy with his chair and would recommend it to anyone looking for a big mans chair.

This chair surpasses my expectations. It has the ability to adjust every individual section of the chair from headrest to footrest.

The chair is dangerous and hard to use. It is uncomfortable. It does not work as shown in ads. Purchased it and when tried to return it. Required we pack in boxes which we don’t have. Beware of this company and don’t purchase anything from them. Do not buy from them. Called about the return. Got a rude sales person who hung up on me.

I gave this product only a four because we haven't had it long enough to see how well it holds up. But we are pleased with the product and will probably buy another one to match.
