This is a well made, sturdy loveseat that was pretty easy to assemble. The fabric is nice and it sits very well, though it fits a shorter person better than a tall person. The cupholders and the side shelves are handy, and a bonus is the USB and Type-C Ports!

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I was so excited for this couch. It seemed perfect. Upon delivery, it came in two kinda of small boxes, which I was surprised by. The dresser I bought came in bigger boxes and is much smaller. The minute I opened the box, things went wrong. I always read the full instructions before beginning. The instructions are general instructions for 6-8 different types of couches they sell, so they are not specific to this model, making things quite confusing. It literally shows how to build several different couches at once, most of them much larger than the option I ordered. The only instruction specific to the couch I ordered was how to put on the side arms. Everything else was designed for the larger couches and I really struggled to locate which example of the pull out was relevant to my couch. VERY IMPORTANT! They vacuum sealed the covers so DO NOT OPEN THEM until you've made sure you can actually build the couch. For me, the side arms would not fit into the main body (the sitting area) of the couch, so the couch was not sitting completely on the floor. Major issue for safety, especially considering there's a pull out. You can see in the photo, only the front touches the flour, but the back was about an inch off of it. When I reached out to let them know I was having an issue, the advice they gave me from the "product specialist" was directly contrary to the instructions (they told me to slide both sides in at the same time, but one side slides up into the seat, and the other side slides down, so you literally cannot slide them in at the same time). Because I couldn't fit the package back in the box, since I'd opened the vacuum sealed cushions, they refused to give me a refund. Instead, since this was a "minor issue that was not structural in nature" (although it obviously was) I was only given a 20% discount. I threw the couch away and wrote "DEFECTIVE" on it to make sure no one else picked it up and tried to take it home. Overall, a bad experience.
