Absolutely awful. First of all, this is NOT a dining cabinet. It is a lighted bookcase. It even says so on the boxes. It is not one lighted bookcase. It is two. They are pushed together in the picture to look like one large piece of furniture, but it is just 2 bookcases. I fully put one together, and then started on the second. As I was assembling, I found a large gouge out of the finish, right in the front of the cabinet. I uploaded a picture of the damage and called customer service. She presented my options and I said I would like to return the unit. She asked if I would like to drop it off or have it picked up and I said please pick it up. She stated they would be able to pick it up Friday. So I disassembled and reboxed everything to have it ready for pickup Friday. On Friday, I get an email from “resolution management” stating that they need a video of the full unit to assess the damage. I wrote back that it is already disassembled and reboxed per instruction, as I was told you were picking it up today. We have now emailed back-and-forth 5 times. Am I honestly expected to reassemble both boxes, take a video, disassemble, and rebox everything You can clearly see the gouge in the photo. No additional photos or videos were requested when I called. I was told it was being picked up, so I did as instructed and had everything ready for pickup. I have requested to speak to a live person and was REFUSED! I am told I can only communicate by email and only with this person. This is the most appalling excuse for customer service I have ever seen. I will NEVER purchase furniture from Wayfair ever again. Highly disappointed
