Product arrived in the box appeared damaged and previously opened, but resealed. After unpacking the feet of the Ottoman were damaged.

This ottoman presented a mild challenge when putting it together, but once I got the screws properly aligned, everything worked perfectly! The ottoman bench looks great, works great and fits perfectly in the guest bedroom! Total assembly time for me was just over an hour! I’m happy with the quality of the cloth material, as it looks well made and sturdy! If you are looking for a basic upholstered ottoman bench that is not too fancy but looks great, you can’t go wrong with this purchase!
