The item doesn’t not match the photos. In the photos, the top cushion is flush with the bottom cushion and it looks really nice. In real life, the foam pieces in each cushion are different sizes and there are gaps all around. The top cushion seems to be at an almost mounded seesaw position. It reminds me of when you sit at a table at a restaurant and it’s slightly wobbly and even though you can still eat at the table if you don’t move around too much, you wish you had a stable table.

PUT THE COVERS ON RIGHT AWAY! This piece was too pricey, but exactly what I needed, it’s very firm, too. There was nothing in the instructions to indicate how difficult it would be to zip the covers closed by first waiting the suggested 48 hours for the cushions to decompress. It was an hour-long, 2-person struggle, fearing the zipper would break. Also, note to manufacturer: change the zipper to close from each end, meeting in the middle. That last side was the hardest of all.

Very nice looking but the base is basically just a plank and base cushion is not attached so it slides easily Mattress is good quality and comfortable

The description is misleading. We chose this bench because of its versatility, that it can be converted into a twin sleeper, which is what we needed due to space constraint. When the bench is unfolded, there is nothing securing the two foam pieces together. If someone lays in the center of the two foams, there’s a real risk of falling through. We would have returned it; but because of the complex packaging on arrival, industrial vacuum sealed foam pieces, it would have been impossible to repackage. Thus, we’re stuck with a very pricey bench.

This convertible sleeper bench will add another way to have company spend the night and looks beautiful when not in use.
