Arrived damaged. Multiple chips out of the trays, serious dent in the cushion, and the stitching on one corner wasn't even finished. Do not buy

Overall nice ottoman. I love the split top, which is hard to find. The trays had a few small dents on the edges. One of the predrilled bolt holes is slanted so it doesn't go in fully. The company gave me a discount in lieu of returning it for a new one. Great customer service.

I love the color of this piece. It came very secured in the box. It was double shrink wrapped so there was no way anything was getting in to ruin the fabric. It's very soft to the touch. Im on day 3 of waiting for it to finish inflating and I can see it still has plenty to go, so if you need it open and ready to use for a specific date, make sure you give it plenty of time to fluff up. I am very happy with this item.
