Table basse Baxton Studio Roeder Marble

Arrived broken. TWICE!!! I actually first bought a glass table that arrived shattered. So i sent it back and decided not to go with glass. I found this and it looked SO beautiful. I couldn't wait to get it. All 60 plus lbs of it. It took forever to wrestle it into the house with my husband. We had to literally cut the box down around it. So you can imagine my disappointment when I saw chunks of marble in the box and 3 corners destroyed. I really couldn't re-box this thing, so I had them arrange to come get it (they asked if i could just drag it to a dumpster). I didn't want to go through it again, but the customer service agent said that I should order the replacement. they said that notes and pictures would be attached to the order, so that the warehouse staff could box it better/differently this time. I said ok. The next one arrived in the same kind of box, same size. This time, I could see sparkly gray "sand" spilling out of the bottom corners of the box, so i knew the marble was broken AGAIN. At least I didn't have to wrestle this one open again. Never even brought it in the house. I complained to a superviser that this item with delicate heavy stone should be delivered white glove, not fedex. She said that's too expensive..... compared to what?? Throwing away 3 tables PLUS the sunk Fedex costs??? Ridiculous and exhausting.
