Bibliothèque classique Ossy

The item I ordered had a paint and wood chip. The quality of the item was not as expected for the price I paid.

This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.

I ordered 2 - 36” shelving units and 1 -24” cabinet. I am very happy.

Fantastic bookcase! It’s made of beautiful unfinished wood, feels incredibly sturdy, and has no chemical odor whatsoever. We've had it for about 6 months and we get compliments on it from visitors. The quality and attention to detail in the workmanship are really impressive. Best of all, it came fully assembled, so there was absolutely no assembly required. It looks and feels like a genuinely well-made piece of furniture that should last for decades.

Received in excellent condition! Love it! Solid wood, great for staining.
