Looks like it was built in. Love it, simple to Put together. Instructions made sense. Sturdy! Wish it was light colored wood like in the picture to match my floors. But the book drown it out. Need one more to Mk the books neater

Beautiful and unique bookcase. I love it! I only took one star away because it took my professional handyman 3 hours (at 60 an hour) to assemble it. Pay Wayfair’s assembly price - you’re getting a deal!!

Be prepared to spend a half a day laboring only to get to the end-ish and realize there was an error in production and the pieces don’t fit. This is being held together by a prayer. It looks good but it likely won’t survive a move.

A chore to put together, but looks amazing. I put puck lights in each compartment and I get so many compliments.

They were a pain to put together due to the directions and definitely need at least 2 people to assemble but they are beautiful once they are put together and appear to be sturdy.
