⭐️ 1 Star – Unsafe and Very Difficult to Return. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I spent approximately 3.5 hours assembling the unit, carefully following the instructions step by step. Once I finished assembling it, I discovered that the unit was broken, extremely unstable, and wobbly. I immediately took pictures and contacted the manufacturer. I was told that in order to receive a refund or replacement, I would have to completely disassemble the unit and return it. I asked whether someone could assist with the disassembly because of the amount of time and difficulty involved, but I was told that was not possible. This has created a significant hardship for my family. I have a young child in the home, and I have been constantly worried about keeping her away from the unit because I am concerned that it could tip over or collapse. My home has also been left in a mess because of the situation. I have been a Wayfair customer for many years, and this is the first time I have had such a difficult experience with a purchase. I understand that returns may require some effort, but when a product is defective and unsafe after being assembled according to the instructions, I believe the customer should not be left to handle the entire burden of disassembling and returning it. I would not recommend this product based on my experience. I hope the manufacturer and Wayfair will take the safety concerns seriously and provide a reasonable solution for customers who receive a defective unit.
