Bibliothèque moderne 61 "avec tablette de rangement ouverte

I thought this bookshelf would be easy to put together, I was wrong. I’m still struggling to get the hardware aligned with each board. The shelves are made from heavy particleboard and the bottom has a black wooden fence like door on the bottom. I ordered light brown.

Right off the bat, I gave this bookcase 3 stars because the manufacturer sent two left side doors, rather than a left and a right. As you can see in the photo, the handle on the right side door is at the bottom because of this issue. Due to the way the handles are set, it is impossible just to switch the handle to the top. I have contacted the manufacturer. That being said, I'm very happy with the bookcase. It went together easily, according to my handyman. It was just too heavy for me to handle all of those pieces by myself. If I have one concern it is a very little bit wobbly, most likely due to the thinner legs on the bottom. The legs do have levelers on them, so we leveled it as well as we could. I know that my floors are somewhat unlevel. If you have young children or grandchildren, I would definitely recommend using the hardware to attach it to the wall. It is included in the pkg. The combination of bamboo and black is really attractive and matches my decor really well. I have a mixture of woods, but have black hardware on all of my shelves. The shelves are quite wide too, at almost 16". As you can see, my larger appliances fit quite well, which is often the problem with other shelving units that do not have shelves this wide. I apologize for the color in the photo below. I have a gro-light in the same room and evidently it affected the color of the photo. You can see the truer colors in the first photo below. All in all, I would buy this again. I look forward to receiving the correct door, though it is usable with the wrong door installed and because the handles are black on a black background, it really isn't that noticeable. It's just very noticeable to me!

I'm very pleased with this bookcase. You don't have to use it for just a bookcase. Right now I have various things in it. I'm using the bottom for storage and the top two shelves for display. It did take about 2.5 hours to assemble. I would purchase again.

I needed a new bookcase for my office and this one fills the need perfectly. It has ample storage and looks nice enough. The quality is fine- not real wood and slightly flimsy But easy to put together and for the price looks nice

Remarkably easy to assemble with a sturdy design. Adjustable legs (height) made leveling a simple task, even on lush carpet. It comes with additional stabilizers for the wall, if desired. Currently used to shelve books, teacups, and other decorative items.
