Sturdy and looks great! I have a lot of books that caused the shelves on my old bookcase to sag, but these are thick and seem super strong. It's large, and while it has a low center of gravity and seems unlikely to fall, I would still use the provided wall fasteners just in case, especially if you have kids or pets.

This little shelf is perfect for what I needed. A kids room book and toy storage. It’s not fancy and has that white finish that I wouldn’t want in a fancy dining room but works great for a kid space. The price is right for a few years of hard use. Highly recommend for kid storage.

This is working very well for my wife's at home office. The way the shelves have a small cut out for the corner vertical pieces helps it fit together really well and is a simple solution to provide extra support for this inexpensive shelving unit.

This bookcase came packaged securely to protect each piece and it arrived on time. The instructions were clear and fairly easy to follow. I was slightly disappointed that a couple of the cam lock pieces were malformed and had extra bits of metal that made it difficult to insert the screwdriver. However, I was able to get them to work. Other than a minor cam lock issue, the materials were of good quality. The bookcase looks fantastic and seems very steady and sturdy.
