I personally don’t think it was super difficult to build but it definitely is slightly annoying trying to align the holes when stacking things and the instructions for the bottom cabinet were not clear and it was a struggle to make sure the 4 walls were lined up properly. I’d be careful with the screws to use when installing the rotating piece, I accidentally used the screws meant for the wheels. Use the flat head screws for the rotating bar and the silver screws for the wheels, I don’t think I had enough of them. The color is a deep brown wood and it rolls around quite easily. The bookshelf rotates without a problem currently, I don’t have many books yet but I think it’s a good speed that it won’t cause books/objects to fly off. I would definitely recommend a drill and when screwing things in, align one hole, screw it in like 70-80% of the way and then adjust the opposite end and do the same and align the other sides to make sure you get the nails centered otherwise you’ll risk breaking the mdf board. There was slight damage on a few pieces but this is Wayfair so don’t expect perfection

I absolutely love this bookcase. It has a capacity for a large amount of books. And is still fairly easy to rotate when full of books. It’s the perfect solution for storing and showcasing all my books.

This book shelf is just what I wanted. Such a space saver and it looks good too. I deducted one star because the instructions are a little vague. Once we got the drawer sorted - it was easy peasy.

I love my rotating bookshelf, perfect. It doesn't take up allot of space and it holds many books.
