I was able to put it together by myself. I wish the shelves were adjustable but that’s the only drawback.

The instructions for assembly could definitely be improved- I had to rely on past assembly projects to do some of the steps- and overall the assembly took much longer than the one hour they suggested! But I am enjoying the desk and that I can close it up to decrease its space use. It feels sturdy, not flimsy.

Love this dual use cabinet! Plenty of space on the hidden desk for dual computer monitors but also plenty of decor space on shelves and storage space in cabinet below. The instructions were missing 1 step entirely (figured out when I had 24 extra pieces that I had to duplicate step from bottom rear of cabinet to rear of shelving unit) and instructions for how to get desk piece fitted into track was slightly unclear (had a 2nd person helping me who has helped multiple other family members with flat-packed furniture assembly and agrees with me regarding instruction clarity).

We love this combo desk and cabinet! It takes up little space in our small home, amd is super functional. I was happily surprised to see how smoothly amd easily the fold out desk pulls out. The desk space is ample amd works equally well whether right or left handers use it. Its an art desk woth storage for me.

Looks great. Knocked off a star because some peices including desk table top and hardware came scratched which was dissapointing. Also the last couple of steps were super unclear in the directions. The scratches really bother me but otherwise this is a beautiful and functional piece
