First, the instructions to put the desk together are ABSURD - 93 PAGES! After multiple hours, we discovered one of the doors was damaged. Wayfair offered 15 percent off or to contact the supplier directly for a resolution. The supplier was AWFUL to deal with and wouldn’t simply send a replacement door, so Wayfair stepped in and said they were sending us an entire replacement desk. While it’s ridiculous that Wayfair makes its customers go through the hassle of contacting their suppliers directly, we obviously appreciated the gesture. It’s wild that they had to ship a whole new desk just because of a terrible supplier.

The desk was perfect for what we needed. It was definitely tedious to put together, but should not be an issue if you are handy. It’s sturdy and my daughter loves it.

Overall, this looks OK. But I'm detracting stars for a number of reasons. 1) I ordered this desk in gray and did not realize the "glass" on the cabinet doors is orange plastic. Why would it be orange?? In the photos I assumed the lighting gave it an orange tint but it is actually orange. The "glass" is not orange in the product photo without lighting and the open cabinet door. I may try to cover it with black contact paper. 2) It was very complicated to put together. 3) It arrived with damage to a few areas of the desk surface. 4) The wavy design of the top piece of the hutch makes it look old fashioned. It should be squared like the sides of the top of the hutch.

Nice addition to my sons room the light feature and charge station is top tier

Assembling was a little bit overwhelming but my husband and my 11 years old did it on and off within few days. It seems steady so far and she loves her desk!
