Bon prix, bonne taille, bonne configuration.

Opened dented box, found main desk damaged-desk top unusable- broken in half! Need replacement

Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience. The desk arrived with a cracked top. We had already scheduled and paid for an assembly service based on the expected delivery, so the technician came to our home, opened the package, and discovered that the desk was damaged. As a result, we had to postpone the assembly until a replacement could be provided. We contacted customer service immediately and were assured that the replacement would arrive within 3–5 days. The call took place on Thursday, September 24, and as of today, September 30, we still have not received the replacement or any clear update regarding its delivery. This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience, including wasted time for the assembly technician and the need for us to reschedule the service. Given the condition of the original item and the delay in resolving the issue, I am very disappointed with both the product handling and the follow-up service.

Love! I bought all the complimentary pieces.

Lots of drawers and the color is beautiful
