First off, the dimensions are incorrectly stated. The exact wording of the dimensions are: 28'' H X 23'' W X 35'D. The actual measurements are 28 high x 35 deep x 23 wide. Depth is how far back/down something goes. Width how far something goes side to side. Height how is far something goes up. So, according to the listed dimensions, this would fit my area, but in actuality, is is too large. Also, my desk top arrived with shoddy packing, chipped corners and a name written on the desk top with magic marker! Someone needs to talk to Dawn about this.

No instructions were included, but it is a simple build. It looks like I was sent 2 of the same side rails - assuming the mounting tabs should face either inward or outward. The top panel is not pre-drilled. I have the required tools, if you dont, buy another desk.
