Delivered with the box looking like it was in a fight and one end open with styrofoam falling out. After finally getting the directions sorted out and put together (about 3 hours) I found that the top had a huge cosmetic flaw in it. I thought I checked throughly before starting the build, but I guess not enough. I spent too much time and energy building it to take it apart and worry about shipping it back. So now I have to look at this flaw everyday and think about how much money I spent for it.

The quality is good(for put together furniture) and very presentable. The directions were straight forward and ask the holes and slots lined up well. The only problem was the top of the desk had a giant gash in it. I immediately reported this to customer service and 4 days later an entire new desk appeared. Well done !
