The chair overall looks very plush and works well. The seat is very uncomfortable. The padding on the seat is thin and you can feel the metal when sitting for a short period of time. Purchased for our grandmother and she wasn’t comfortable. Had to send it back.

Decent chair but smaller than I expected. Got it for my husband who just had back surgery. Took a while to figure out how to get it into a good position because the remote is tricky but once we figured it out it was great.
