The delivery drivers were excellent and extremely professional. They went straight to work after lugging the parts of this couch, up 3 flights of stairs. I love how sturdy this couch is and it’s exactly what I needed for my back. There was a slight issue, that wayfair took care of immediately!!

Overall it seems like a great couch! The pull out and headrests make this a standout for family movie nights. The cushions feel solid and firm but still very comfortable. It was easy to put together. There was one issue with the bottom of the console being completely detached from the storage compartment but besides that it feels very well made and structurally sound.

Comfortable, good size for a small place elegant Looking. The installation team were very polite respectful of our home. They set up the couch quickly and efficiently. Left the area clean tidy. Kudos! To the team.

Sturdy, great quality. Fabric easily cleans with warm wet rag. Perfect perch for a dogcat. Its firm and exactly what i wantedneeded for two 50lbs huskies.

It’s like a grey tan color starts out firm u just gotta break it in! They came and set it up and took all the trash too. I love ittttt goes so cute in my apartment,… it’s a nice size. Not too small not too big. Update. I have had the couch for 2 months. I’m a single woman I live alone I weigh 127 pounds I do not allow my dog on my furniture ever… and the couch snapped and broke. I was concerned about a “clicking noise” that it would make when I sat on it but assumed it was just new needed to be broken in or I don’t know what I thought but now it has snapped completely and broke and is sunken in ( I’m so sad. I spent too much for it to break that easy that soon.
