As expected, very plush and soft to the touch. However, I was surprised by how the seat cushions feel. When I sit on them, they noticeably move and you hear a weird sound like the cushions are trying to find their way into position. Hoping this gets better with time once they are broken in. The form or whatever is inside them is also not that soft. It provides support when you sit, but I wasn't expecting it to be so firm.
