I had this recliner for less than 9 months. In the last 2 days as I sat in it I heard multiple popping noises. As I turned the chair over, I discovered that several of the plastic clips holding the spring to the frame on the underside of the cushion had broken off (sheared off) in the middle. I weigh less than 140 lbs, which is much less than the rated load capacity, so that wasn't a factor in causing the failure. Also, I just noticed that the fabric cover on the foot extender is faded, much too soon for the age of the chair. I am completely disappointed in this item!!

The chair is lovely, but one of the legs broke when I sat on the chair, and when I called about repair I am getting suggestions for solutions that were obvious, and which I had already tried. This is frustrating because the fabric, color, size and design of the chair are exactly what I hoped they would be. I am going to ask them to take the chair back.

Massage and heat work nicely. Was a challenge to put together, even with 2 people it took over an hour. Disappointed that the decline and the foot rest function are combined so the only way to have your feet up all the way is to be laying down flat.
