I received the bases and the arms, no backs. No hardware. A surprise for my wife and can’t enjoy it for another week. Very disappointed! I get 10% off my next purchase, though. I am not eager to reorder after this experience. No expedited shipping on the missing parts. No offer to discount for the inconvenience. Not sure I will purchase again from Wayfair.

Very comfy-a little challenging to put together as the pieces were very heavy. Easy to operate

I am really pleased with my purchase! I love the color and fabric of this loveseat. The only thing I wish is the length would be longer. I’m 5’4 and my feet dangle off the end when reclining.

While it looks nice and was the perfect size for my space, I would NOT recommend this recliner, as it is not comfortable. I am 5’6 and footrest hits the back of my leg about 4-5” above my heel. To compensate for the pressure on my calf, I put my feet on the footrest now and then but they tend to feel like they are going to slide off. The only way I can watch a couple of hours of TV is to shift positions a lot. I can’t return it because it is too heavy to consider boxing up again. It didn’t help that FedEx put the first box (62 lbs) at the end of my totally clear driveway, when the porch was also big enough and unobstructed! I’m very disappointed in this product but feel I’m stuck. Buyer beware!!

Fits perfectly and very comfortable. Easy to put together. Don’t understand why it has to come on two different days. Otherwise, great.
