This chair is very nice and comfortable, with the fabric being very soft. The foot is electric and moves via a push button. The chair comes shipped in 2 pieces, the top clips into the bottom piece. Heavy and well built, it does take 2 people to move. I would not advise for those who are tall, the back is a bit short- only comes up to the shoulders of my 6’2” spouse
