It’s great at first but then it gets LOUD. Every little movement in the chair comes with a loud “thud” and the sound of grinding. I’ve checked all components, everything looks correcttightened but alas, my neighbors despise me

The swivel rocking recliner chair was delivered on time and was easy to assemble, but did take some time as it was in many pieces. It’s very soft to the touch heats up within two minutes. The massage is soft and reclining is easy to do by pulling the tab.

This chair has heat and massage settings that are perfect for my needs. It is a very pretty chair, however, be prepared that the assembly is a workout.. my issues were that the zippers busted when trying to put the side upholstery on the frames. Also, one of the armrest zippers was sewn in incorrectly, so I had to modify how i secured it to the chair. Overall, it is a good chair, but for the price, I probably would have gone to a physical furniture store to test the quality in person.

This is an amazing chair for a smaller framed person. Being able to touch the ground to rock is great. It’s comfortable and compact. There is involved assembly but it’s worth it. The heat function only works when massage is going.
