Just an awful experience. Plus you do not put in print that this sofa comes in pieces, including fabric. ‍♀️ shipping was late, second package arrived two weeks after the first one. I sent a return message within 24 hours of this order. Returning today at FedEx. Even though I canceled within 24 hours of placing order.

It has a good size, not too small not too big, looks nice and it is comfortable, but the fabric make some wrinkles after one stand-up.

Not too bad to put together just be patient putting on the cover looks amazing!

Had no idea it came completely unassembled and I mean, down to the fabric covering. Totally unacceptable. I expect to put on feet but not screw together the arms, back foot and the upholstery.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding my recent purchase. I appreciate that the items arrived on time; however, I am disappointed that I had to assemble them myself. Additionally, the product does not look like the item shown in the picture. Because of these issues, I would like to return the item and request information on the return process.
