I was so excited to receive this couch. The instructions tell you that it comes in 4 boxes and that you may have to wait for the others to arrive - it comes in 1 box. I opened with plans of waiting for others to arrive. Once I successfully assembled it in about 3 hours, I began kneading the pillows. I waited the WHOLE 72 hours before putting the couch to use. I kneaded the pillows daily, sometimes twice a day. The pillows did NOT ‘restore to picture-like status’ as stated in the instructions. And once you do sit on the couch, you feel the wood piece on your back (I added poly-fil) and the back pillows bump out the back of the couch, as shown in the photo, so you do have to readjust them. The cushions on the ottomans are comfier to sit on than the cushions on the couch. It does fit perfectly where the couch goes in my living space. After having it for a couple months, it is the most annoying (you HAVE to keep fixing the cushions in place) and uncomfortable couch to sit. Embarrassed to have people come visit and actually sit on this.
