This ottoman arrived packaged well. It was easy to assemble. The instructions were simple to follow. Assembly was only screwing the legs on. It looks just like the images. It fits perfectly under my vanity.

eeeEEE! This ottoman brings me so much joy for so many reasons. Major positives include that the fabric is such a buttery soft texture, it is a beautiful camel tan color that is the perfect balance of brown and orange, there is ample storage for blankets or other items, and the lid flips to a hard top for more utility. The only knock I have is the top came with two parallel scratches - very small and honestly not the end of the world as I am sure we will scratch it up more than that with use. I don’t really want to trouble with a replacement but customer service is always on point here so if I did want it replaced I am sure that would be easy. All in all very happy!

The ottoman is quite heavy and seems sturdy. I like that it has a table side to the lid; and I like the extra storage it has inside, also. I would not call the upholstery faux leather, but more like a felt or faux velvet. It looks cheap to me because of this. I am a bit disappointed in the color, also. It's more yellow than the picture indicates, but that's pretty common. It looked like it might match my chair, but clearly, it does not.
