Buyers should be aware, this item SUCKS to build. Poor construction, manufacturing defects, and terrible instructions. Just moved into a new place and had barely any furniture. I have built 4 items with no issues at all whatsoever. This item is a 2-pack. I thought the first one was a one-off, where they missed pre-drilling holes into the pieces of wood, and only pierced the surface laminate but now on shelf 2 and it is almost not buildable. When screwing the flat screws into the "barely there" holes, all it does is pull the wood out. This item is NOT worth the trouble. None of the screws are compatible with screwdrivers either. I am frustrated at what a waste of time and money this is. I successfully built one shelf set but the other one is probably trash simply because the screws literally pull the plywood out like powder without going deeper into the wood. So many other brands are selling the exact same item - can't speak to any of them but I would try another brand over this one. Low quality. The screw won’t go in so the whole shelf is wonky/off balance. Good luck if you decide to go for it!
