Let me start by saying that I’ve purchased a lot of items from Wayfair that I absolutely love. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with them. I read under About the Product that it features “A tri fold mattress. ” well there was no mattress included. I contacted customer service who informed me that it was not included. I argued that this was misleading and they claimed it was not and refused to refund me anything back so be warned if you purchase this bed that there is no mattress included and the person that I spoke with was not helpful and rude.

Exceeded my expectations. A beautiful piece of furniture with a functional use when needed.

There are a lot of pieces, but the directions are easy to follow. Looks great.
