So disappointing. DO NOT BUY if you are looking for a full sofa. Due to the description which clearly states “Sectional SOFA with chaise lounge.” I logically expected to get sectional sofa only to receive a small ottoman. This is so scammy. Will not be shopping with Wayfair again.

The description says sectional sofa and it's actually an ottoman. I sent it back. The stars are for the customer service regarding this matter.

Looks great and just as the description says.

Absolutely awful.. the description says modular sectional sofa and it was an ottoman. The description is not gave measurements of the ottoman so I inquired with Wayfair through the text support customer service. That’s when they reassured me I was not getting one piece , I was getting a sectional couch with multiple pieces. They even thanked me for double checking. When it arrived in its one box being one piece , I thought they must just expand a lot.. I was hesitant to open the box because my husband said if it expands and it’s only one piece it’s gonna be difficult to return.. he was correct. The only amazing part of this experience was the person who helped me after. They immediately addressed my issue and offered a pick up return. They were absolutely amazing and the only reason I would ever even possibly consider using this company again.. I had such a bad experience but that customer service representative deserves a raise because they definitely exceeded expectations.. and made everything right within seconds . So shame on Wayfair for reassuring me the product was what I ordered but you did hire an employee that saved u when it came to this review..
