I appreciate the solid wood construction, but the finish leans much more red/cherry than a neutral walnut, making it feel somewhat dated rather than the intentional 'retro' style advertised. It is an exceptionally heavy piece and has the weight of quality craftsmanship. However, it arrived with severe transit damage to the back panel, which may be why the drawers are catching and not sliding smoothly—though I did notice another reviewer also mentioned sticking drawers. For the price, I'm far from completely satisfied. It wouldn't have been my first choice aesthetically, but the specific dimensions fit my space. TL;DR: -1 star for the reddish/cherry undertone instead of walnut -1 star for delivery damage and sticking drawers

Exactly what I needed to fit a small space, good quality, enough space in drawers, no assembly required!

Drawers weren't sliding in smoothly, screw was missing, screws were loose, and the inside of the drawers was dirty.

Beautiful piece, aturday and well made.

Fully assembled, only had to screw on the legs, appears to be well made, would have liked a little more heft to the drawers but overall, for a dresser in a guest room not used often this is perfect.
