The wrong item was sent, parts were missing, and the manual was for a completely different sofa. It came in a huge box with 50 to 70 pieces, so we didnt know it was the wrong sofa until the assembly person had been working on it for almost two hours. I was on the phone with customer service for another hour trying to get it resolved. I am a new customer, who has spent almost 3000, so this was a very poor introduction to Wayfair. I finally received a refund, but, they would not come get the sofa. It is still unassembled in my living room, and the box is too heavy for me to move.

Great couch, very comfortable and sits a lot of people

The instructions weren’t accurate - the labeling of parts was wrong. There were even some letters on the instructions that we didn’t have. The sofa itself feels somewhat cheep, and most definitely not what the picture looks like. It’s very scrawny and the cushions don’t fill the sofa the way they are supposed to. Nonetheless, we can’t return it so we’re figuring out what to do with it

I dont like it

Not what I expected
