As a Tried-and-True Wayfair customer, I ordered this beautiful hardwood bed for someone in need. The weight of this item was very heavy, so it speaks to the quality of the hardwood parts. I donated this bed, and unfortunately, a few of the panels were nicked and chipped in transit, despite the bed being well packaged. I had to contact Wayfair for a replacement. Customer service was very helpful in obtaining a new bed and replacing the damaged one with a new one in great condition.

I took a look at the replacement parts, and everything seems to be in place, and the material is definitely of quality, as I can tell by the type of wood used. The beneficiary really likes the bed frames natural, simple look. The neutral color is what he has been searching for because it will match much of the woodwork throughout his new residence. He was excited that the new bed complemented his newly purchased nightstands in the same color, making it easier to keep them cohesive.
