Couch arrived late, said 1 piece would come Friday and 1 on Sunday both pieces arrive on Monday. Each section came in its own box. Directions were very clear and easy to put together. Couch is comfortable Edit to add- side cushions do not stay in place and back cushions are flat. and back

This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever had with Wayfair/FedEx. I had to rearranged 3 days of this week because my packaged was not delivered as promised. On top of that I now have to wait another day and a half to complete the assembly of the delivery. I have purchased thousand of dollars worth of furniture from Wayfair over the past 30/40 years and never expected this type of disregard for such a loyal customer. I’m still having to rearrange my time to accommodate this two day and a half assembly appointment. I’m heartbroken.

We think this is soft and comfortable. My mother-in-law loves this cozy couch. Thanks for all the great buys!
