I think this couch is very comfortable, not too firm but not too squishy either. Its good structure for a couch in an area where you will be sitting up and talking with others rather than lounging in front of the TV. I find it comfortable enough for lounging but my husband does not. He prefers ultra plush squishy couches. The material is great. The color is true to the image. It came well packaged.

The cushioning is very full and doesnt collapse when you sit down, providing excellent support. Its extremely comfortable for watching TV or reading. Its also warm, and my two kids and dog love lying on it.

Comfortable, but the fabric snags easily Overall, I’m happy with this couch. It was easy to put together and is comfortable enough for everyday use. The cushions could definitely use a little more fluff and fullness, particularly the back cushions. They aren’t quite as plush as the listing photos make them appear, but I’m hoping they continue to expand and soften with use. The biggest issue for us is the chenille fabric. It snags very easily. We have a large dog, and his nails have already caught the fabric in several places. If you have dogs or cats that are allowed on the furniture, that is something I would seriously consider before purchasing. This probably isn’t the most forgiving upholstery for a pet household. That said, I like the overall look of the sofa, the size is good, and it’s comfortable. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t turn into an all-day project. For the price, I think it’s a good couch. I just wish the cushions were a little fuller and the upholstery were more durable.

The modern sofa arrived within a week in two large boxes. The sofa pieces were well packed and the color is beautiful. The back cushions are comfy and full. The downsides, the bottom cushions you sit on are very thin and you can feel the sofa frame underneath especially where each section meets. The way the frame is assembled is also very complicated with a ton of screws and cheap plywood base so it’s not fully even. The material is soft but snags easily. I was extremely disappointed due to the color being perfect.

Very fast delivery and like the looks of the couch but the bottom cushions are thin and you can feel the wood frame. I had to buy high density upholstery foam to put under the cushions to make them comfortable
