The recliner isn’t as comfortable or practical as I expected. When I recline, my head sinks too far back, making it difficult to watch TV or use my phone comfortably. It puts my neck in an awkward position and causes neck pain. Overall, I’m disappointed with the design and comfort.

Absolutely love the couch. Easy to assemble, comfortable, and great material.

The color is just as it’s pictured on the website. The leather is soft and durable. The electric reclining feature is completely silent.

Only part of this reclining sofa was delivered, therefore we cannot use it.
