Positives easy to assemble Negatives reclining function doesnt work! Contacted customer service who shared a troubleshooting guide but that didnt help. There is also quite a few cosmetic defects like cracks or scuffs that cant be cleaned. Overall wouldve expected better for the price

The Super zero-gravity genuine leather dual motor power sofa (saddle, 3-seater) looks great and the leather quality feels premium and durable. Unfortunately, none of the power features are working—the headrests and recline functions aren’t operating at all. Replacement parts have been ordered and are expected soon. Hoping it performs as intended once fixed.

This loveseat is fantastic! The shipping was prompt and dependable. The leather is of high quality, easy to assemble, and incredibly comfortable. I was hesitant about purchasing furniture online, but I’m thoroughly pleased with my decision.
