Took about a month for the couch to arrive. On delivery date the drivers called 30 minutes ahead of time. They unloaded and brought the boxes up a flight of stairs to my living room. They were completed in less than 20 minutes. When I began unpacking, everything seemed to be in order, however I soon realized that I was missing one of the bags of hardware parts. I searched high and low thinking I kicked in under a table during unpacking or something. I could not locate the package, so I believe I was not sent one. Also, while setting up the sofa I found a small tear in the fabric at the end of the chaise portion. This was upsetting because I had waited a long time and paid a decent amount ($2,000) for the couch. I have contacted Wayfair about this so we will see what can be done to resolve these issues.
Overall, I like the style of the couch. They color in the picture is fairly accurate. The fabric is a soft microsuede that provides a nice sheen. Some dirt got on it from the moving boxes but seemed to be easily wiped off. It is firm but not overly so and has been comfortable to sit on for the brief amount of time I have.
Will update on future wear and tear as well as Wayfair's handling of the issues.
UPDATED: 2 years later. Do not buy this couch. It is cheaply made. The cushions have compressed where I normally sit. The chaise and main section are barely held together by a thin piece a metal that always slips out. The fabric gets stains. Also, part the under-seat support has broken causing the couch to be droopy. I paid almost $2k for this couch 2 years ago and now it is on sale for under $1k, which just sucks. Again, I would advise anyone to rethink their purchase for this couch.
