After about a year of minimal usage, (we have no kids living in the house) peeling leather and stitches are opening in numerous places on both armrest cushions and on 1 of the recliners and some pthe back cushion

Loved it when we first got it. Remotes for massage and heat consistently disconnects. Left side has a lump in the seat cushion and cushion has smooshed down enough that now we feel the wooden frame underneath. If I had it to over again we wouldn’t. Guess you get what you pay for

We are incredibly happy with our new sofa. Delivery was quick and easy with four boxes delivered at the same time. The quality is fantastic, and we love the heat and massage function as well. Thank you Wayfair.

This is by far the worst product I have ever owned. Within a short time of use, all three seats have completely sunk down. The springs are literally poking into my back, making it impossible to sit comfortably. The quality is extremely poor, and I regret buying this sofa. I would not recommend this to anyone.
