The color is just what I was looking for. Very comfortable. Paid for assembly and was very pleased with the experience. Very heavy sofa. Interlocking sections; so, assemble where you want to place it. Reclining and headrests mechanisms are all working well. Have not tried to charge anything or use the plugs yet.

The couch is ok… the plug outlet in the couch on the console does not stay closed and there is a weird smell since the day the couch was delivered. Trying to get the smell out.. also waiting on customer service for these issues

Great sofa and power recliner. The color isn’t exactly the rich brown or cognac I expected. It has a more orangish tone, which another reviewer also mentioned. That said, the build quality is solid, it feels very sturdy and it’s quite comfortable

The couch is very comfortable and I get compliments on it's color all the time.

No idea if I would have loved it. So sad about this couch. Twice Wayfair sent us the wrong couch so we couldn’t match it.
