Sofa is hard as rock! (Causes backaches and stiffness. ) Difficult to reach power button when more than slightly reclined. Seat too high from floor and too deep; requires numerous adjustments when reclining, as the seat pushes forward in a manner that one's back is not supported at lower spine. No toss pillow included in shipment. Cosmetically, it is beautiful.

This couch was absolutely beautiful. Great quality leather no damage comfortable to sit in. Looks great in our space. Will hold up to 2 teens and a dog just fine. It’s my new favorite piece in our living room

Delivery of the couch was outstanding… communication was made by email and phone calls up to the minute it walked in my door. Upon opening the box, I noticed it came in 4 pieces, and I got a little concerned as to how I was going to put it together. However, instruction were clear and it literally took me 10 minutes by myself to assemble. So easy! I was expecting just one reclining feature, but there were recliners on each side…what a bonus! The couch is super comfy and fabric is middle range quality. Overall, I am very please. Its not too big, not too small. Just right

Excellent! Came well-packaged in a single big box. It was mostly assembled, just had to connect the electrical components and snap the back pieces in place. Assembly took about 5 minutes. It is HEAVY to move, but once it’s on its feet it slides smoothly without damaging hardwoods. The seat is nice and firm while the back and arms are cushier. The electric reclining function works very well, and the USB outlet on the panel is a nice touch. Definitely recommended!

Its such a nice couch!! I couldnt believe how comfortable it was when we got it set up. I am not usually a fan of leather, but this leather is soft, cool, smooth, and EASY TO CLEAN!! That is by far the best part about this couch! The dog hair does not get all over the place, and you can just blot or wipe up spills and stains.
