Beautiful couch, great reclining mechanisms. Still pretty stiff, even after a year of breaking it in. The armrests are super low. So overall not very comfortable when sitting in an upright position. However fairly comfortable when reclining.

Great looking couch … operates smoothly …maybe a tad firm but sure it will soften over time. Communication and delivery was excellent

Firm, but supportive. I'm deducting 1 star due to how firm they are. I hope they break in more, but they are *noticeably* firmer than the store.

Love this !If you have children and dogs you have to purchase these! They wipe off easily and even though they are “leather” they are still comfy and cozy. They also recline extremely far back!
