This couch looks ok if you are going to put it in a room where it wouldn't get much use. It is very cheaply made. The fabric covering the whole couch is quite thin, the back cushions are very underfilled, the seat cushions are cheap foam and rather hard (for now, I expect them to cave in quickly). This is my first (and last) time purchasing furniture on line. If you are one person and don't like to keep furniture long because you like a change, this will work. If you are a family, this is not the couch for you. I will keep it, learning a lesson and expecting it not to last long. I can't even imagine what a nightmare it would be to return. I certainly wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't buy it again. I wish I would have spent a couple hundred more and purchased a real couch from a real store where I could see what I was getting first. I would say this is a classic example of you get what you pay for but honestly, it wasn't "that" cheap. It reclines and works fine, took 13 days for delivery, the pull down tray seems like a nice convenience. I bought this for my basement that does get daily use. If it were for my main living room, I would have absolutely sent it back.
